CESI Civil-Geotechnical-Surveying is a multi-disciplined design and consulting firm specializing in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing and Professional Surveying.

Since 1978, CESI has provided comprehensive due diligence, design, and construction support services for residential, industrial, and institutional projects throughout North Carolina and the Southeast. From project conception through completion, we deliver practical, high-quality solutions that minimize risk, reduce change orders, and protect construction budgets.

With offices in Concord and Statesville, CESI combines technical expertise in design, permitting, and approvals with extensive real-world construction experience. This allows us to support projects of all scales—from greenfield development to complex redevelopment—while helping clients move projects forward efficiently and successfully.
