Novi Projects Progressing Rapidly In Concord Downtown

Progress continues on the Novi projects downtown. CESI performed geotechnical, surveying, and civil engineering on Novi Flats and Novi Lofts.

Novi Flats (Babrick Ave./Parking Deck Wrap): The exterior framing has been completed and the trusses have been installed. Observers can now see the general building shape of the project. Currently, contractors are working on the interior of the building and the next noticeable update will be the window installation projected for sometime mid-August.

Novi Rise (Market St. & Spring St.): Nov Rise is continuing to work through concrete – laying out rebar, forms, post tension cables, and pouring slabs. Once the concrete podium is finished, the traditional framing of the upper floors will start and the building will begin to take shape.

Novi Lofts (Union St.):  Foundation redesigns are being finished up that will allow for the building to be more neighborhood-friendly for the adjoining historic buildings. It will also add approximately 3,000 square feet that will be used for additional tenant amenity space/storage.

Lansing Melbourne has just added a fourth camera to the live feed deck on the Downtown Concord website that features a direct view of the Novi Lofts project.
