In 2018 the Ascendum purchased a lot in the International Business Park to build their new Charlotte area facility. CESI provided surveying, geotechnical engineering, environmental, civil engineering design and permitting, construction materials testing, and as-built certifications for the project. This work was completed on-time and on-budget, helping to support a tight construction schedule that was driven by a deadline for operations to begin in the new facility.
