CHENEY BROTHERS INC. DRY WAREHOUSE EXPANSION

CESI is proud to be a part of the new AM King project for Southeast-based Cheney Brothers, Inc. CESI was on the design-build team and conducted the survey, geotechnical, and civil design services for both the 2019 and recent expansions plus the new 13-acre trailer storage area.

The 72,142-square-foot dry warehouse expansion in Statesville, N.C. provides an additional 7,000 pallet positions, a larger loading dock and means for CBI to continue its northward growth path. The project brings the total area of the facility to 342,12 square feet.
