CESI provided civil site design, surveying, geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and special inspections services for a multi-story hotel facility in the Concord Mills retail area of Concord, North Carolina. CESI began the project with civil site design and survey services early in 2015 for an opening in late 2016.
