The International Business Park at Concord comprises 500 acres located at the interchange of I-85 and Highway 73. Approximately 30 companies call the IBPAC home, including global corporations and Fortune 500 companies.

CESI has provided services for the IBPAC ownership since the park was first developed in the late 1980s. Over the course of almost 30 years, CESI has provided civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, and professional surveying for the owners for all of the park’s expansions as well as the site development services for a majority of the businesses located there. For example, CESI provided 4541 Enterprise Drive, a speculative 88,527 square-foot building on Phase 1, Lot 12, due diligence, surveying, civil design, and construction materials testing, as well as post-construction as-built surveys and certifications.
