MINI STORAGE DEPOT – VARIOUS LOCATIONS

In the last few years the self-storage industry has blossomed in the region, and CESI has designed and permitted three Mini Storage Depot projects in our the area. These projects in total represent 150,000 square feet of climate controlled storage and an additional 45,000 square feet of non-climate controlled storage. CESI has been involved with these projects from start to finish, to include surveying, geotechnical engineering, environmental, civil engineering, and construction materials testing. Each project includes its own challenges, and we have worked around wetlands and steams, addressed existing public utility conflicts, and worked  through off-site improvements with NCDOT to bring these projects through design and permitting. Under construction now, we look forward to the doors opening for business on these projects in 2022!
