CESI, in conjunction with Tax Credit housing, has provided services for several Senior Housing and Apartment projects. Services completed included initial site location, planning, due diligence, and vetting of zoning and utility rights. CESI worked directly with the development team, including the contractor, in order to provide cost effective, land planning solutions and represented the developer in community and municipal meetings to obtain permits for the site including utilities, drive access, road improvements, and water quality.
