NC CAPITOL RESTORATION SURVEY

Client: State Capital Historic Society – 2004

In 2004, as part of a planned restoration of Union Square, the State Capitol Historic Society sought a topographic and as-built survey of existing conditions. As a contribution to historic preservation for our state, CESI agreed to provide this service pro bono. In spite of a major snow storm, CESI provided base mapping with complete boundary, topographic, and planimetric information for above ground objects, underground utility vaults, tunnels, structures, monuments, and statues within two weeks.
