NOVI – DOWNTOWN CONCORD

CESI performed a boundary and topographic survey for Novi Flats and Novi Lofts sites.  The survey was used to assist with the due diligence process and to aid in the civil site design. The project is located in Concord and is part of the downtown revitalization.  The sites will offer residential units, and ground floor retail within walking distance to historical and downtown.
