CESI has provided services for several single family home subdivisions. Services completed included initial site location, planning, due diligence, and vetting of zoning and utility rights. CESI worked directly with the development team on land planning solutions and represented the developer in community and municipal meetings to obtain permits for the site including utilities, drive access, road improvements, and water quality.
