CESI provide Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services for the Town of Harrisburg’s Stallings Park expansion project.
Our SUE team coordinated closely with the Town and local utility providers to gather and review existing records, helping identify known utilities on site. From there, we performed detailed field locating for gas, water, electric, and communication infrastructure. All utilities were marked in accordance with standard color codes, then surveyed and incorporated into the final topographic map.
