THIRD CREEK MIDDLE SCHOOL

Client: Iredell-Statesville School System

Third Creek Middle School was built adjacent to Third Creek Elementary School. CESI completed approximately 30 acres of detail survey around existing structures and existing utilities. In depth phasing of construction was required due to the replacement of water service to the school where the two schools were tied together, along with keeping the elementary school operable during school year. CESI completed the civil site design and construction administration through a challenging 2 summers and one full school year.
