Liz Warlick, PE, and Alya Elsaraff were proud to represent CESI at the groundbreaking ceremony for Weathers Creek High School in Troutman, NC. CESI is honored to serve as the Engineer of Record for this exciting new project! Our team also provided a full boundary and topographic survey, as well as geotechnical services, including a preliminary test pit evaluation and a secondary soil test boring evaluation. The resulting geotechnical report played a key role in guiding the site and structural design. This future-forward high school will feature a two-story, 236,000-square-foot building designed to serve up to 1,600 students. The campus will include:
A new stadium with turf field and track
Two turf practice fields
Baseball and softball fields
Eight tennis courts
Supporting structures like a field house, concessions, ticket booth, restrooms, a guard shack, and equipment storage
We’re proud to help bring this incredible educational facility to life for Iredell County!
