Exciting Progress Underway at Coltrane-Webb/Beverly Hills STEM Replacement School!

CESI is proud to be a trusted partner on this transformative project, providing geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and special inspections, with boots on the ground daily.

The building will be a multi-story facility, designed to accommodate 756 students, with a maximum area of 115,000 gross square feet. As a Magnet STEM school, this facility will support grades K-5 and will include spaces for exceptional children (EC), art, music, administrative offices, and other support areas.

The school will feature standard vehicle circulation patterns with approximately half a mile of car rider queuing, designated student drop-off areas, parking for staff and visitors, bus drop-off and parking, multi-purpose outdoor spaces, playgrounds, and pedestrian connectivity to the surrounding community.

Completion expected in late spring of 2026, allowing the school to open in August 2026.

We’re honored to support a project that will serve young learners and the community for generations to come!
