Fire Station 12
CESI successfully provided conceptual and final engineering design, along with permitting, for Fire Station 12 at 3300 Roberta Road in Concord, NC. The scope included:
- Development of a conceptual site plan based on input from Pinnacle Architecture, the City of Concord, and project stakeholders.
- Design of a water service (domestic and fire protection), a short public sewer extension, stormwater systems, and a sand filter and detention.
- Completion of erosion control measures, permitted through NCDEQ, and code-compliant landscaping.
- Design and permitting of sidewalk curb and gutter along the Roberta Road ROW frontage.
CESI also provided pre-construction coordination, site visits, and civil as-builts, including record drawings and certifications for water, sewer, and stormwater systems. In addition, CESI performed construction staking and surveying at this site.
This project delivered a fully compliant, functional site that supports the City of Concord’s public safety goals.
