CESI is providing construction materials testing and special inspection services for the Hilton Dual Brand Development – Site Development and Building Phase. At 7 stories and 203 rooms, this Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites dual-brand hotel will be in the University area in Charlotte.

- Structural concrete: Inspecting reinforcement and testing concrete for compliance.

- Floor slabs & roof decks: Pre-placement inspections for composite slabs and roof decks.
