CESI provided engineering and survey services for a 50-acre site on Old Airport Road, Statesville, NC. The site is master planned for 10 to 12 liquor storage warehouses for Statesville based Southern Distilling Company.
Our comprehensive services encompassed a boundary survey, topographic survey and construction staking of the site. Elements such as erosion control, grading, storm system, and water line design were designed by our civil engineering team. Additionally, we effectively liaised with Statesville officials regarding the relocation of power lines and equipment. In a continued relationship, we partnered with the owner and architect to render site design services for a second distilling plant at the existing Southern Distilling Company premises on Jennings Road, Statesville, NC.
