Vida Apartments consists of 289 luxury apartments situated in historic downtown Kannapolis. This gorgeous midrise community is in the heart of the city on South Main Street, centrally located to popular area entertainment. Atrium Health Ballpark, the $52-million sports and entertainment venue, is located directly across the street.
The venue is home to the Chicago White Sox’s Minor League affiliate baseball team: The Kannapolis Cannon Ballers. CESI performed detailed boundary and topographic surveys to be used during architectural and civil design phases. Pre and post construction ALTA surveys were also performed to assist in the due diligence processes.
